I've been modeling for a while now but have only recently opened my blog, so I'll start with - A new chapter.

When I first started modeling, it was only purely for hobby, I had no idea how to make it a full-time 'job' or even if I could earn enough money from modeling alone, so I started part-time and slotted in bookings around my day job as a care assistant. Although I had passion in my job as a care assistant, I just knew I didn't want to do that at the age of 25, for the rest of my life - I knew there was more to life.

I was lucky enough to have a very successful and busy start to my career and I have had the pleasure to work with some amazing photographers who have helped me get to where I am today! The bookings were flying in and I ended up with a list of about 20 photographers to 'contact when I had some available dates', it was becoming a struggle to fit it in around my day job which leaving me only 3 days spare a week - this simply wasn't enough time to book shoots as well as enjoy a day off with my family.

So, after much thought, I bit the bullet and became full time, self employed - I am so pleased I did! I love having the flexibility to be able to work when I want, with who I want and to be doing something I adore, full time. It was not long after I became full time, that I was signed by a modeling agency.

You really can achieve your dreams if you just don't give up. This is just the beginning - I am so excited to see what the future holds! :D
